amber bulbs

Hi does anyone know where I can get some amber 3496 bulbs? it's for the front signal/park light of a 98 hatchie. Is this bulb interchangeable with the 1157 bulbs or different? thanks

yeah I've check the parts stores, the 3496 bulbs seem to only be manufactured in white to go into the amber sleeves in the stock housing, only my projectors are clear so I need an amber bulb.

you could try a 1157 but i think the tabs on the side are different , just get one and check it out

With those kind of bulbs, just look at the tab size. They're all basically the same. And try autozone, they are FULL of useless stuff like every color of bulb you can imagine. (or my local one is anyhow)
