When the new GTR comes to the states what do you think will happen for the r32, r33, and r34 market here in the US?

It depends. The market could very well stay the same.
Some people will still want an R32-34, so that's what they will get. Some will want the newest thing, so they'll get the 'R35.' Still, others won't care either way, and just buy whichever is cheaper/easier to get.

They don't have any reason to. The cars probably won't be any cheaper to buy or import, and the parts and labor needed to legalize them will likely stay the same.
