I have a rapid right side signal on the dash with no right side signal at back. I have replaced the combination flasher with no luck. All fuses are in working order. Any comments would be great.

Re: 99 Suburban electrical problem
First replace the bulb (#3157) if thats not it you will need to replace the board it is about $50.00 bucks from the dealer.

Re: Re: 99 Suburban electrical problem
Sounds like the same thing with my 88 Silverado. I replaced the driver side taillight wire harness and that cured it. Now it's happening on the passenger side. Strange, it works normally when there's a trailer hooked up.

I have had the same problem with my 99. I was told it is a design problem. Heat builds up in the light socket and fries it. I kept replacing bulbs until it quit completly. I then replaced the socket plate and it worked. but it has since slowly started again.
