Lightbulb Need suggestion on type of rims/tires to get

I have a 1999 Durango and would very much like to purchase some new wheels/rims & tires but don't have very much money to spend. Does anyone have any suggestions on some nice looking wheels/tires i could look into and not spend an arm & leg? ($1000 max) I know this sounds stupid to buy cheap (less expensive rims) but i really don't have that much cash and would still like to upgrade my wheels/tires. I know there must be some cheaper alternatives available, can someone help.
