Angry Help! Both alarm horn and reg. horn wont work!

Please Help!

Just bought a 99 suburban(old Body) and the reg. horn on the steering
wheel does not work and the alarm horn chirp does not work, when i lock the doors with remote(pressed twice) checked fuse under hood and found only one fuse to check do i need to reprogram keyless entry
so the horn chirp/ alarm will work and will that make the steering wheel horn work too. does the suburban have a horn relay somewhere, pulled out connector
at horn and put test light on it and pressed horn on steering wheel and iam not getting any power to test light can someone give me some help
iam pulling my hair out what little i have hurry before i go bald.

Most Gm's have it where there is a black wire on the column that goes into the horn switch. It is neg. triggered and rests at 12v.. I would first suspect that the horns themselves are the culprit. It is very common and easy to trace.

check the relay it's in the big fuse block under the hood. try swaping it with another relay to confirm this
