Heh I was bored so I figured I'd ask...
What do you think the size of racing tires do they use in Initial D? LOL <laughs> so bored......

 2003 Hyundai Tiburon: Injen CAI, Mussa Single Exhaust, Sparco Four Point Harnesses, RRM Front and Rear Strut Bars, 22mm Rear sway bar, Shark Racing Pedals, Painted Rims. Saving for: Either Big Brake Kit, lines etc, Tien Coilovers Sparco Speed Seat for driver side.

They dont use racing tires, they got street tires...
but Takumi's magically grip into the gutter, I dunno In Project D they changed the tires according to the situation (as the RedSuns always did)

wow, I didn't know that with the Project D part.
So are we just talking about like the tires that you would get from the factory?

Not sure about tires but it looks like they use 15" or 16" rims. I would guess smaller rims break lose easyer.
