Thumbs down sunroof, 02 Expedition

It rained, then snowed, then froze. Got in my Expedition, notice a 1'' long ice sickle hanging from the drvier side hand bar, which is affixed to the post. Took it to dealership....Sunroof man looked at it. The sunroof is designed to leak into the truck. A drip pan that catches the water fell out of place when I hit a bump or something, sending the water to the post area where a drain is for outside water. I was told to hose down the truck at least once a month to wash out the drain holes, other wise loose dirt/grit will get in there and clog it, causing the leak next to the "oh sh*t" handle.

Fords, gotta love em.
