Need Help ASAP- Starting Prob!
Hi,
Well, I finally finished installing my D16A6 in my hatch. Connect battery terminals and went to start it. All I got was a clicking sound coming from the starter and the starter cable was moving when i treid to start it. So I attempted to tighten the starter cable a little tighter and went to start it again. This time it didnt move the cable and didnt make as loud a clicking sound. The problem is I cant get the starter cable tight, right now you can still wiggle it freely with your hand. When I try tightening it the whole cable spins with it making it imppossible to tighten. Im almost 100% sure this is the problem. Because that stater cable has to be real tight and secure right to start the car? Please help. Thanks

I would thnk it would still crank good even if it wasnt real tight. Make sure all your grounds are connected, thats what it sounds like to me and its a common mistake after a swap.
