This IS Why

I'm so mad at GM. I NEED to unload my '98 LS (sunroof, leather, CD/cassette), 21K orig. miles, later this year. BECAUSE all you youngin's are embarrassing me. Saw 2 on the road down here in S. FL, driven by hispanic teenagers, because my car ain't worth sh*t, with soup can mufflers, and I nearly lost it. Thanks, GM, the '04 Malibu is already a mess.

Re: rims?

if you don't like what GM is doing then don't buy one but dont hate the person doing cool stuff to the cars just because you can do it because you are too good.

Re: rims?

I know eibach makes some lower springs that lower the car about 1.6" if I recall. As far as rims I suggest you go to Tirerack's site http://www.tirerack.com . They have it setup so you can choose your make, year, model and color, and show you which rims will fit and actually get a preview of what you car will look like with the rims on it. They also have reviews on tires and sell them as wheel/tire sets to save you some money. I am hoping to put some rims on myself, something tasteful like set of 17" rims with 215/17ZR45 tires (as in, not the real low profile but keeping the stock odometer and speedometer correct). Let us know how it goes!

Re: rims?

Where did you get the springs from and how did you install them/have them installed? If you have any pics, please post them. Thanks.
