Re: chrome paint

very illegal.
I have a pic of a 100% chrome Mercedes somewhere, I'll dig it up and post it. I'm not a chrome guy but it's pretty cool for what it is... prolly because it's a Mercedes though.

Re: chrome paint

yep very illegal, that's why you can't have mirrored window tint also (and cause the cops can't see you). it's just too distracting to other drivers and they think it'll cause accidents.

you should paint your interior chrome instead :coo:

There was a Chrome Jaguar at the Jaguar booth at the recent Portland International Autoshow. I have a picture of it somewhere on the computer.

I found the picture, here is a picture of a chrome car. It's a Jaguar that was on display at the Portland International Auto Show.

Hey all, 2000PSI asked about a Chrome car, so I just posted a picture of one I had from the recent portland international autoshow last weekend. BTW, it's not "chrome paint" like he asked abut...It's real chrome. I know a civic and a jaguar are different, but he wanted to know about a chrome car, and I had a picture of one, so I posted it...Hey, if you find a picture of a chrome civic, feel free to post it. This car was made by Jaguar, I think as a concept show car.

I was going to go to that, but didn't. Also the import show today, but didn't lol.

Yea, as you can see I went to that...I have a bunch of picture from it. My pictures of the Ferrari Enzo didn't come out great, but they work I guess, lol. The lighting sucked around it (they had it in the hallway of the upper level). The Import Motion show SUCKED last year, both the Portland and Seattle one. It's not worth paying to see, IMO. The Rod and Custom show was tight last year, and if you go to that, you're in for the Import Motion show too (same building, run toghter kinda). However, drving down here just for the import motion show would have been a waste of your money and time if it was anything as bad as last year's import motion show, lol. If I made it down to the rod and custom show today, I'll pop into the import show too and see how it is this year (not sure if I'll end up going though, probably won't).

I get in free to import motion and import life shows so I went the last few years, the rod and custom show is always great though. I just didn't feel like driving an hour and a half, especially since it snowed 3" here last night lol.

Free, heck, I'd go if I could go free, lol...I mean, I 'm not that far from it. How do you get in free, know someone I take it? Did you go to Import Life 3 last summer then? I was in that one...(it was actually cheaper than going to it, lol). Yea, the Rod and Custom show kicks ass...I do want to see that. I'm going to try and see the Portland Roadster show in March I think.
