Question 1967 lincoln continental

I need help. I have a 67 continental and I've replaced the battery, batt terminals, ground wire, coil and I've installed a push button starter. it still won't start. It sounds like it's just not getting enough juice to turn over. It's making the same sounds as a car with an almost dead battery. Any suggestions? It's making me crazy.
