Hello all,
I have just reciently resurected a 1993 NX1600 from sitting for almost 9 months (sitting with bad Clutch and Water Pump) so please bear with some questions please. I have owned a 92' Sentra SE in the past so I'm sort of familar with the Motor and Transmission my questions deal more with the cosmedics. So here goes. 1) I thinking of placing rims on the car, I have been looking at possibly putting 17" on it. Do you know if they will fit? and if so what size tire would I have to get to fit? 2) I've read on the net some people have done a 4 wheel disk break conversion on the sentra's, I assume since we are pretty much dealing with the same car with the NX it can be done. My question is I read some where that someone had purchased a conversion kit for the rear rather than swapping out the entire spinle assembly. would anyone happen to know the company who make this kit? Thanks for reading, I'm sure I'll have more questions in the future as I find more things to fix on the car. As of right now it's going up to have new front struts put on. Thanks, Jason |

Re: New NX1600 Owner with some QT's
The 17's will fit..i think its 205 45 17..ill make sure of that..the brake conversion kit is parts off of a nx 2000, since you have a 1600 you might not need all the parts in the conversion kit...check this site: http://www.sentra.net/ there is a lot of info on that site..
