well, a great cleaner, that you shouldnt use on a regular basis, but every 10 thou to 20 thousand miles, you can use if you want to, is BG 44k fuel system cleaner. works wonders.

Additives are hogwash. Keep your filter clean and and run a cleaner through every so often, depending on the air/temperature where you live. Additives for oil are hogwash also. The B&G people are claiming to be worthwhile. BULL!! Just keep all fluids clean and you'll be fine.

? what are you talking about, i use them, and trust me, they work. now if your talking about Zmax and Prolong and stuff like that, id agree i find it, like any other miracle additive questionable. but 44k is a proven cleaner that removes varnish build up, and other gas by products such as carbon and resin. back to back testing has proven it. and ive felt it in the seat of my pants after using it.

well, you're not supposed to drink it, you put it in your car. I'm surprised you didn't get sick.

Re: gas tank additives - v6

lol, the 44k didnt get me, it was the gasoline i drank beforehand that caused the resin, carbon, and varnish deposits in there.
