What color is my car?

I just got an '96 Deville concouse and can't find any information on the car body what cadillac calls the paint color. I would like to touch up a couple spots with a little paint. Where on the car can I locate the paint color data information. I have looked all over and can't find. Thanks...

P.S. The title calls the color brown/tan. But it doesn't look that color to me and I don't believe this was a color produce in '96 or was it?

Try the VIN. If I'm right there is a code in there that will tell you the color.... well I guess that would assume that its the original color. But its worth a shot.

try looking in the trunk when you lift it up you should be looking right at an RPO code list, it's a set of three digit numbers and letters, if not, try calling your dealership and asking them

the tag inside driver door and the one in the trunk has this info if you dont think its origional check for tale tale signes ie doors color matches on both sides any thing that opens, bottom of car rocker panels bumpers etc

Drive over to ANY REPUTABLE body shop, they'll look it up for you in their paint book, AND they'll know how to find the color code on your car, simple, get your butt over there and get it done!! SIMPLE!!!
