Did The 1967 Ss Chevelle Come With 427 From Factory?

Did 67 Super Sport 427 Chevelles Come With Factory Matching Numbers Or Was This A Dealer Option?

67 chevelles came out with 427s...? Some Impalas had 427s but i didn't know that a chevelle had one til 69.... and then it was a dealer option/ special order... but anyway if 67s came out that interesting i've never heard of it before

I believe that Chevelles only came with a factory 427 in 1969, although Dealer installed engines were available in 1967 and 1968.

COPO 9561 COPO=Central Office Production Order
1968-1967 were the Yenko installed COPO and in 1969 it was just a COPO Chevelle i believe??

yes ALL Yenko's came with a 427. Including: Camaro, corvette, nova, chevelle, vega

Prior to 1969, all COPO modifications were made at the dealership; if you consider that original, i don't know, but i doubt the numbers will tell you any different.
