ABS/traction control problem.

97 LSS w. supercharger.

If the car sits for several hours, the traction and abs lights stay on after starting. If instead of a normal start, I just turn the key, the dash lights will test and all except the ABS and traction light will go out. If I shut the key at this point and turn it back on, the 2 lights will go off with the rest and stay off. On short trips, I can just get it and restart and the lights will go out. Let sit all day or overnight and I have to do the double test procedure again.

I put in all new linings and in doing so found the rear cyl. were leaking, so I replaced those. The problem persists. Any ideas?
