Re: Who has redlinemax carbon fiber hood ?
i ended up buying the redlinemax.com carbon fiber hood and it turned out to be very poor quality. Pictures can be seen here: Click to see photos
The hood came to me in bad condition and almost appeared to be used. i was willing to just make do until the latch broke off for no reason other than being very cheap and fragile. I also tried to work out some type of arrangment with them to replace this carbon fiber hood, but couldnt reach any logical resolution. Their policy is that the buyer has to pay for shipping the product back both ways. Overall it would cost me 1140 dollars for them to send a new hood and by the looks of my first hood , its just not worth the trouble. if your looking for a top quality cf hood, the redlinemax one is not the one to get. Just check out the photos page by clicking the link above. Last edited by Ceasars Chariot; 05-06-2004 at 11:34 AM. |
