Prelude Swap Help!!!!
I read on Ebay that I can swap in an h22a into my prelude and use the existing tranny I have now(F22a) I don't really know if thats true but it would be cool, also I was wondering If i could use the same fuel injection manifold and injectors I have on the F22 in the H22a . If so all I would need would be a block and a head. someone tell me if im wrong.

Yup, the base model tranny isn't made for the h22a, but you can still definitely use it.

I'm thinking about swapping an h22 in my 94 base model also.
What effect would the base model trans. have on 1/4 mile times, etc. versus the vtec transmission? |

Re: Prelude Swap Help!!!!
i'm guessing since u have an f22a (accord engine) we have the same tranny. the gears are longer on the f22 tranny, h22 gears are shorter
