What was that legislation that passed making it easier to import classics or showcars

I read about a legislation that passed making easier to import or drive a car in the states, as long as it's not in production in the states. I can't find the information.

Doesn't matter. You can't use that as a loophole to get yourself a Skyline. This has been gone over for the past 3 years in this forum.
