sohc zc vtec

i have a sohc zc vtec in my 95 civic coupe.it ran great when i first put it in but it had a little bit of a valve tic to it.It has recently gotten worse and i was wondering if anyone knew what to set the valves to on these for a valve adjustment.any help would be appreciated.thank you

get a manual its cake, u will need feeler gauges the bent type is good, and a 12 or 10 mm open ended wrench. plus turn the #1 piston to TDC.
