I just got a 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with a V8 in it...it's a sharp car. Except when I got it the radio didn't work so I put a hole new radio in it that works now, but the reception isn't good so I was going to remove the antenna and install a new one. I need help! I don't know how to remove the antenna. Can anyone help. I have a book on the Oldsmobile but it doesn't say anything about removing or installing the antenna.

Re: Antenna!!!!
the part that is on the out side of the car is like a big nut you have to unscrew it counter clock wise. then push the antenna down through the hole. unplug the wire that runs to it. if its power then their will be a electrical plug you will have to disconnect. |
