The GeoZuki got totalled.....

Well, never EVER let your gf drive your car. I let her take my car to her cousin's on saturday night, and she called me at 3am to tell me she lost control and threw my car into a concrete wall. Then she lied to me and told me she wasn't speeding. She was on a 25mph freeway ramp. You can't do the damage she did goin 25mph. She had to be going at LEAST 50, or even faster. Oh well, what can ya do. I'll post some pics of the poor thing when I get home from work tonight. I'll be selling some of the good parts I won't be needing soon. Let me know what ya want. Doors, interior, rims, and all of the rear end is still good. I have 2 spare gauge clusters also. 1 has KM/H, the other is MPH. Both are MK2, with tach.

Angry

OMG!!! That is Horrible! I am so sorry. You had a dynamite little car - I saw the pics.

Hate to be a scavenger but I may indeed be looking for some interior parts.

On my convertible I'm thinking I may be missing something. Is there supposed to be a large panel behind the seats that separates the seating area from the trunk? Right now we have the vinyl tarp thing that hangs down but it seems like there should be some hard center panel.

Also I'm interested in any of the original manuals for the car.

But please - first take some time to grieve!!!! This is a real tragedy.

And all that does go between the front and the back of the car is just that little tarp piece. You should be able to reach into the trunk from the front, lol. Helps for when ya leave your keys in the trunk, not like i've ever done that to know

lol, that Camaro also comes with an astronomical insurance rate ($340/month), and the gas mileage of a truck . The new geo is in progress. I have the motor apart, rebuilding it, new hone job, high compression head gasket on it's way, and the head is in the shop right now getting milled and ported.

Re: The GeoZuki got totalled.....

oh and if you got a 5.7liter V8 you could gain huge amounts of power from mods such as a turbo, supercharger or elctronic upgrade

(twin turbo=400hp gain)
(turbo=100\170hp gain)
(hi rise cams= 50hp gain)
(K&N air filter=30hp gain)

Well, I had a v-6 camaro, and it really sucked. And the insurance was still terrible, and so was the gas mileage. Plus they're still a lil expensive to mod for my taste. I love the LS1 camaros, but can't really afford a car payment, and insurance, and thousands in mods. Besides, sleepers are more fun, and so are convertibles, heh.

ok, ok what if you got a v6 camaro swap the 3.8 for a lt1, ls6 or ls1 out of a old chevy new chevy pontiac, buick, or any orther gm car

then if the engine is more than 20 years old tune it up (old engines were tuned down to pathetic lows)

the insureance comany will think you have the the v6 and you get one of the potent 350 in your machine
