Re: all wheel steer

you cant really see them turn, it's very small it os to help correct fishtailing or lane changes. it's makes it smoother so they say. i dont know if i like it yet but a little more testing and well see if it's coming out or not.

Re: all wheel steer

does anybody know how much weight the all wheel steering adds? i read on a website that the back wheels turn the opposite the front wheels then turn the same way to stable it in high speed lane changes.

Re: all wheel steer

Its not just the TT's that have all wheel steering the N/A have it as well it comes stander with all 90+ 300zx. The don't turn that much they only turn as much as 12 degrees so it is hard to notice. I think that the hicas system weighs about 9 lbs. but the is away you can disable it and save up to as much as 4 lbs.

uhhhhmmmmm, NO. HICAS only came on the twinturbo models as a sport tuned steering feature. just like you can choose touring or sport ride. all on the TT only. and 9lbs have you ever seen the whole system. if you delete it from the pump to the lines to the controll arms you have got quite a bit of weight. im not even gonna guess buts it alot more than 9lbs. peace!
