Question [Sacramento] Question!

Wowzerz! I haven't been on here in awhile..but hopefully you'll help me out anyway =D

I'm from Southern Oregon and I needed to know if anyone was familiar with Venus Auto Parts (venus-auto.com), located in Sacramento. I'm lookin at a 2jz for an IS300...I haven't heard of it and the website looks REALLY cheesy..so if someone can help me out with some TRUTHFUL information..that'd be super dee duper great!

I think some people down here get things from them. They're a shop so I think they get engines and stuff from them. I've heard them mention it because they're like hey I'm gonna go to Venus, and I'm like hey that should only take you 3,398,402 years...fly safe and don't eat the salted peanuts.
j/p I'll ask them and see what they say. Can't necessarily judge a book by it's cover...that'd be like judging a girl by her boobs...kind of

Thanks, I talked to a few people that said they knew of the place..used to sell JDM parts and now specialize in front clips. Anyhow, I'd really like some honest help here because I definitely don't wanna take a trip to see a ghetto shop..by the way, i remember you CivicLx, i used to talk to ya on this thing back when I actually came to this thread..I think...if you're the guy that is/was obsessed with Alexa Lei

pretty cool place to live overall, im considering moving either there or nevada, gotta get outta ca theres too much nonsense going on out here like the oil companies using CA as their bitch everytime they want to jack up the gas prices, or whack ass smog, or all the other bullshit that goes along with living here. Its a great state dont get me wrong, but the nonsense drives out good harworking citizens like myself.

oops, havn't been on here in awhile. If you're still interested, I am from the ashland/grants pass area about an hour away from the CA border line. I work in the mall and see SO many people from N. Cali...wtf is up with all of them..they're SO odd. I had a 58 year old woman come in wearing a mini skirt and a halter top with lace of heels.. But ya..what made you decide on Coos Bay?? Why not Portland..Salem..Eugene..or MY area?

As for Coos Bay..i'm a lil to it's east...Coos Bay is more of a tourist town..hey at least you get to see water? It's located south of North Bend so good luck finding anyone with an interest in cars.. actually, in N Bend there is a kid with a '03 Eclipse that claims it's a DSM... And as of the late, Coos Bay's crime statistics have increased along with the standard of living...point being, move so southern oregon instead!! lol

I lived in Grants Pass, OR for 2 yrs and went to GPHS. It rained like 9 months out of the year there lol The high school was nice though. (I went when they were still in the middle of building it...& you probably have no clue what I'm talking about lol) It's a pretty place but you have to like the rain.

Sorry I don't have an answer to your question by the way

ok talking about the motor swaps again. Call Motorsport Dynamics in Sac and talk to Ronnie. Let him know that Nate sent ya and see what he can do for you. He gets his swaps from Venus and gets first pick.

Hi, I haven't been on this site for awhile now, so I'm wondering if that offer still stands. :-D
