SPL competetion
Anyone know who they work, what catergories I would be in? How much prize money, or are they a waste of time.

I have never competed myself, but I imagine that it is not about the money at all. Just bragging rights and titles.

www.iasca.com will tell you how to start competing in car audio contests..you can make money but you need sponsors, and have to prove yourself worthy first. Categories are usually based on wattage but a lot of spl contests are based on total dB level regardless of how much power you have...
