Question keyless remote batteries

how do you change the battery for your keyless remote?
my aleros panic button works but rhe locks and trunk dont. new battery or reprogram?

There is a notch in the side of the remote. Use a dime to pop the cover off. The remote should take a CR2032 watch-type battery. They run about $3.00. Best place to find them is at a pharmacy. Good luck.

you may have to hold down two of the buttons while beside the car for a few seconds, after changing the battery. It should say on the inside of the lid or cover or whatever you wanna call the thing.
