Transmission Problem

Hello,I have a dilema with my '97 blazer 4x4.When the vehicle is cold,it starts fine,goes into any gear,but hesitates bad.The trans fluid,filter were changed 7K miles ago,and fluid looks good.

if it does that in fwd and reverse/// possible to be the pump,torque converter, or filter ///// if it does it ONLY in fwd OR reverse then a
clutch pack is in trouble electrically possible {pulse width module}
PWM malfunction // again pwm prob would affect fwd and rev.
