1994 geo metro turns over but no start!!! please please help me i need my car working

hello there, how is every body , ok i own a 1994 geo metro 3 cylinder with 78,000miles . my problem is that the car recently wouldnt start. it turns over and over like it wants to start but still no start, it only starts when i spray starting fluid in the intake and then it would die as soon as the fluid runs out. i was told it could be my throttle body but i really dont know where to go from here, i beleive my fuel pump is ok since i do hear it whiz when i turn the key to on position . i know for sure its a fuel delievery problem somewhere but where exactly i dont have a clue , did any one here have this problem before with his geo? i need help as soon as possible with this issue its driving me nuts . i dissassemled the throttle body took me 2 hours but got it disconnected where do i go from here. it turns over like it about to start but it doesnt complete the cycle. please people help me out as soon as possible i dont want to spend money on parts and they turn out to be wrong parts. im begging for help here, if you have any suggestions please email me at [email protected], please help this car is my only means of transportation.
