Wipers don't listen

I have a '97 Jimmy AWD. The wipers keep going at a constant speed no matter what position the switch is in (delay,off,etc.). The only time the speed changes is when I switch to high, they then go faster. Could this be the module, motor, or switch? Thanks.

Arrow Junk Gm Module

Merlin is right. the only thing i would add is that gm windshied wipers are junk. They have had this problem with wipers since at least 1994. I owned a 94 seirra pick up same thing. i got a 98 jimmy now, same thing.
The recall for jimmy wiper circuit boards ends at 97. Starts up again for 2002,2003 midsize suv's. They are doing the same thing they did with the pickup truck gastank bombs. NOTHING!!
