Strange strange O2 sensor problem...

Well today was the day from hell to begin with. I dunno if anybody lives in the North East around Pennsylvania but we got ice instead of snow, 2-4" of ice lol. Anyways, I have a 91 crx si and it does run rich. Before when I first got the o2 sensor kept the check engine light blink on. So I replaced it and it was all good. Now, when my headgasket went I had a diagnosis on the car and the garage told me there was no 02 sensor! Which is god damn strange to me! So today I'm driving in the rain/ice and my o2 sensor goes off again. For some strange reason, it only comes on when I drive in the rain? Anybody got any ideas?

your o2 sensor might have gotten ripped off and now the wires are hanging and are getting current when it gets wet not sure im not a technician or anything but thats my educated guess
