speedometer twitching

I have a 93 Laredo with the 5.2. Every once in a while the needle for the speedo will franticly jump around in about a 5mph range. This seems to happen at any speed. Any ideas?

Yeah. Your speedo head or cable needs to be lubricated. Not a terribly complicated job so anyone with decent mechanical aptitude should be able to take care of it.

Any information on how to lubricate the speedometer head or cable? Mine is having the same problem...Thanks!
