turbo for 91 accord

I've never seen a turbo kit for an accord, especially an older accord. does anyone know if a turbo application for any other car will fit, or even how to just supercharge the enigne?
Thanks

Re: turbo for 91 accord

i not sure if a kit exist, but i believe that a dsm exhasut mainfold bolts up to that yr. accord motor, but agian im not to sure. if it does all you have to do is bolt the exhasut mainfold and turbo on, do all the "plumbing" and run all the lines and u'll be good 2 go

Re: turbo for 91 accord

A turbo system is not that simple....if you want a easy fix buy a kit for a 94-95 accord and you will only have to change the pluming a little. everything else fits.

Re: turbo for 91 accord

or you can use the factory exhaust manifold and construct a collector and flange on to it. we have used this method at our shop for years and have had no problems as of yet. we just make sure that we support the weight of the turbo with braces, that way the manifold does not crack from the weight.
