warm starting probs..only warm

i have a 93 "Z" 4.3. i have never had this prob in 3 years ive had it. i had a new fuel pump installed 3 weeks ago and both fuel lines too. now what happens is i shut off the van and when i go to start it no go. it always starts cold and always has before so i dont think its a pickup coil. the fuel pump runs with key and also with the primer wire. i had the pump work done by a shop. now i also have some codes, which i have been living with for quite a while, so i think this is something maybe with flooding? the codes i have from the past are 13 35 44 45 54.
the 13,44,45 can maybe be explained by the 35 idle air control? and the 54, would that be from the pump replacement? i havent cleared the ecm because i dont want to chance it re-learning and running ruff. i do plan on having the shop check the fuel pressure in case they damaged the pulsar. what im asking is there any tests i can do to determine any sensor that i could replace or could it be an injector dripping. i have my chilton, read, read read, and still need some guidance. i just want a fighting chance before i return to the garage...thanks joe
