i think its normal but ok here it is like my other post i have a 95' 240sx and its automatic. but it acts like a manual. i mean you know when you change gears (not everyone) it stalls and than goes but i think its normal tell me what you think? its not really been that modified i got it from and auction and the only thing i saw on it was the air filter and the strut bar(i think that is what its call i forgot)

Your 240 is being typical by breaking. Your transmission is slipping, badly if it delays between each and every shift. Good luck.

no but my car is automatic not manual thats the problem

I think he know its an auto, what he is saying is between each shift if its delaying when switching gears (as all AUTOmatics do) you have internal mechanical failure, its a hydraulic system when auto shifts gears for you, over time especially if beaten on a bit automatics will start wearing out, the usual thing that wears out is the little clutches that engage between shifts which sounds like your problem, in other words time for a rebuild or new tranny (this is one of the reasons I stick with manual)
