88-91 Civic Tail lights

Wondering what options are available to me for tail lights. I know there are some all clears, the Altezza style and theres stock. Is there anything else out there ?

Can you still purchase '91 tail's from the factory ? I doubt it.

My 91's are very dirty on the inside and have loads of condensation in them.

Re: 88-91 Civic Tail lights

JDM tail lights are nice. they are tinted red throughout.. and the turn signals light up amber around the whole corner .. 90 degrees.. since they dont have that gay little running light in the corner..

they are stock style but much better looking than stock USDM in subtle ways...

other than that its basically altezzas (no comment) or something custom ...

u could paint some altezzas red with the exception of the reverse light for a TSX-like look

if you are brave.. put some 2000 prelude OEM tails .. they rule on 4g hatchs

I want the black housing lights they sell on ebay. They say theyre JDM but I dunno if they are or not. But I have a sedan but they say theyre for the hatches, but the hatch lights look exactly the same as my sedan's. I put a picture of a hatch over top of a picture of my sedan and they matched up perfectly in the picture. Do they fit both the sedan and the hatch?

No, the lights for our sedans are shorter and taller. Of course you can always make them fit. A lil fiberglass can go a long way.

Nah i dont plan on doing anything too major with my car, I just wanted those lights theyre really nice lookin. They also went with the theme I was trying to go with for my car. All black with white lights and all. The headlights still fit though right? Because i want those black housing projectors.
