Air Bag Deactivation 96 Blazer

I Am Trying To Deactivate My Air Bag So I Can Replace The Turn Signal/cruise/wiper Shift. I Have Lost All Turn Signals, Breaks, Hazards, And I Have Check The Fuses, Bulbs And Flashers, And This Is The Only Other Thing I Can Think Of That It Could Be. Any Other Options Would Help And If Any One For Sure Knows How To Deactivate The Air Bag I Could Use A Little Advice.

I Have Been Told That It Is A Yellow "box" With A Green Clip That You Take Out And Pull The Box Apart.....but I Only See A Yellow Electrical Plug Connector With A Orange Clip In It.?????
