Please help: Do you know what kind of car this is?

I participate in a 50 hour trivia contest put on by a local radio station. As part of the contest we get a packet of images ahead of time to research. Throughout the contest questions are asked about the images. Our team is having a problem finding any concrete information on the car pictured below. If anyone has any information at all it would be a great help.



We have no idea what exactly will be asked about this picture so any imformation at all would be very helpful.
