Re: Alamo City Shootout

Im done racing the car for now. Im at a point were it has become very expensive to go faster.

Just had transmission rebuilt a month earlier and now has a stock differential. I've broken 2 LSD's so I didnt want to chance it. I need a Quaife Diff if I ever plan on racing the car hardcore again.

I did make 2 passes that day.

14.3 - Traction control basically stalled the car after the launch.

13.9 - Removed traction control fuse. Full car w/ stereo, 1/2 tank gas, no slicks, no burnout and the excuses go on and on

It just cost too much money right now and I need all the money I can get just to live.

Understandable. That's why I race go-karts. It doesn't tear up my street car, it's not AS expensive (though not cheap by any means), and I don't have to just go fast in straight lines.

Re: Alamo City Shootout

When I run my car I remove the headlight (like everyone else) and also my filter

Earls SE is pretty quick and has the same 3.8 as your GT

Re: Alamo City Shootout

People snicker at my SE untill they realize they're not looking at the front, but rather the back of it in a race. She is a Sleeper ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzz...... (and the CSC or turbo will be in hopfully before mid summer).
