Re: painting my interior

I think there is some paint that is a plastic die in a spray can for that purpose. Have you tried looking at the local parts stores?

painting interior

I would suggest heat resistant paint and painting each piece individually and make sure they are clean. VERY CLEAN! and left alone. Two coats maybe necessary.

I will warn you against this if you do not have any supervision (like someone who has done it before). Definitaly seek out a a parts shop or body shop that may offer good advice. It is a delicate process and needs to be done correctly the first time. It gets pretty pricey if you keep buying new pieces to repaint.

Find out what it costs to buy the black stock, in comparison to how much the paint and effort may cost, aswell.

Good luck

Re: painting my interior

you can use any type of paint, but if you put heat on the panel before you paint it , the paint will bond better, and will be more resistant to chipping, i used spray paint in mine and it took almost 4 months of hard wear to chip it, not to mention it the chip was on the door, so thats my opinion, and its cheap
