from what i've read if you get it dyno toned you can run 8- 11 psi safely depending on who you talk to. i have a gsr motor in my 94 coupe and today i recieved a turbo sold to me as a 20g turns out it is a 05h-18g im not crying considering thats the perfect turbo for the motor im planning to run a super vafc ii large injectors and about 9psi should be fun.
Dyno time depends on your area generally $500 1/2day for tuning i think?????
install again depends on your area

Re: gsr turbo

you can run 8psi with good fuel managment, and proper tunning, i wouldnt go past 10psi on stock internals alot, if you love you car and motor dont do it to often, my friend has a gsr motor in his h/b civic and he makes 239hp@wheels and 215lb not bad for 10psi and all he did internalwise was upgrade his head gasket, but his car is well tuned he spen many hours on the dyno.. tuning is key
