Pollen Filter

I have looked and looked...but to no avail, I was unable to locate the compartment or cover or the location of the POLLEN FILTER...On my X-type, it says to replace it at 20,000 miles or once a year...Can anyone give me a brief discription as to it's whereabouts and how do you get after it?

Pictures would be nice too.

Won't the dealer replace the pollen filter free as part of the 20,000 mile service on our cars?? Anybody know?
