turn signal relay

Does anyone know of a replacement relay that will take care of 'fast' blinking turn signals on my 2001 2500HD? I replaced my front sidemarker and turnsignal bulbs with LED,s (to go in clear lenses). I believe that I have an electronic relay already and none of the other bulbs are burnt out.

Any ideas?
