Work getting done on my car

Hey Guys,

My car is currently in Sacramento while I am sitting here in Hayward getting worked on for the week. I am getting a non-henshin style buddy club 2 kit installed as well as having the sideskirts molded into the fenders and rear quarter panels. This extra part (the molding) looks really nice on other cars I've seen and the installer said that it would only be $375 extra since the paint would already be mixed. I figured "why not?" since I have a lot of scratches and key marks on my passenger quarter panel. Since they mold it in, obviously they have to paint the fenders and quarter panels too. So basically 2/3 of my car is getting new paint and a nice clean not-overly-ricey bodykit installed all for $375. How is it this cheap you ask? Well I designed the site for www.kreativeimport.com in Sacramento and the kit, having it painted, as well as installed, and my carbon fiber hood was part of the payment, so I am just paying that little exra bit to have the sideskirts molded in. I am super excited about picking it up on Saturday and I will post a ton of pics when I get it back.

On another note, now that my car is going to look pretty nice, it will obviously be a bigger interest to thieves and key-ers. I live on campus at CSU Hayward and my car is parked usually about 50 feet from my bedroom window where I spend most of my time outside of class. It has an alarm with a shock sensor, but I am still worried about it, especially since my friend who owned a 98 civic with a b18 swap got his car stolen about 2 months ago. What can I do to best avoid theft or damage being done to my car? Park it under a light? Near a lot of other cars or by itself? Thanks in advance.

Cranium Designs Have we talked before? Your name sounds familiar. Hey you go to CSU Hayward...you know Nikki Cash? Well there's nothing that can absolutely guarantee that your car never gets stolen, but having an alarm is definitely a good thing. Too bad you don't have a garage to park in at night. I would think that would be the best way. As for parking your car by others or by itself, I would park it by others. Park it next to some real expensive cars I would think it'd be safer by other cars because that's a crowded parking lot is going to have more people around so that's more people to see what's going on. Does that make sense?
Maybe even getting a car cover might help. Just so people can't see what kind of car you have at night. It won't fool anyone that's seen your car before, but it's something to consider.

Anyway, who are you cranium designs...where did we chat before? Are you a spy for the red army
