We all would like to dream big, but in the end all we can really hope for it to be truly content with life.
That is, to be genuinely happy with the cards of life that we have been given and have an absense of want or desire for anything more.

Consider Bill Gates. He can have and does have more than anything else in the world, as least those tangible things money represents. However, he is not truly happy. If he was, he would not be still working the way he does.

I just want to be your average joe...who can live everyday to the fullest and be happy and contented with what they have. Its more happiness that counts for me, with a little extra cash to spare.

I have a great life and some great friends. what else could I ask for.

I think it would be fun to become a snowboard bum after college. Maybe save up some money and travel around living in my car going to different ski resorts and snowboarding. Hmmm... i bet it would be even better in Europe. I really like that ski town atmosphere and I don't think I could ever get tired of snowboarding.

But I wouldn't do that forever, eventually I'd get a real job and start focusing on $$$ and my future.

If you are good enough Originalmike then there should be good money in snowboarding. Endorsements and things like that.

I would like to meet the girl I can spend the rest of my life with. Then become wealthy and have a small family. Maximum of two kids. And live a long healthy life and be alive long enough to see grandchildren.

But at this point the only thing I can see that would make me happiest and make nothing else matter would be to meet that girl.

I know it's a little early to worry about this (I'm 21), but I'm anxious to meet a girl who I can totally connect with. This whole soulmate thing is crazy and I know nothing about it, and then there's that little thing called fate.

And right now, I cant even IMAGINE marrying anyone. DAMN...marriage...loving one person for the rest of your life...that's crazy, man.

I live fucking huge city, and meeting the right person will take alot of time. Who knows, it might take 5, 10, 15 years till I meet this person.

my ideal job would be to work for Road and track or car and driver and just drive and review new cars and get paid for it. whatever lifestyle that spawns from that is ok with me.

I know exactly what you mean. it's one of the reasons why I left this place about a year ago. I was just fully going through shit, and was really wound up about finding someone.

what I have learned is that it was the last thing I should have been stressing over. it'll happen, worrying about it will probably actually stop it from happening.

I just hung out with mates, went to parties and stuff like that. ended up dating about 4-5 people over this last year. Thats more than the rest of my life

so don't stress over it. best thing anyone can do is just make sure they are having fun.
