in the 14's huh?
best I can say is get a turbo and run at about 6-8 PSI on stock internals... still gonna cost you about $2000-$3000 depending on the package you get.. I suggest you get one(larger turbo) that goes above what you'd need.. in case you want to upgrade later.

To come: Dynamat, Borla exhaust system, and 17" Koenig Absolute (black w/ chome lip), Coilovers, & camber kit (1-1.5 drop), Extensive Engine mods. check me out on: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/515191 |

Re: What would i have to do, to get a prelude (4th gen) into 14's?
to run higher PSI you'll need to upgrade your internals.. pistons, rods, crank, cylinder walls will need to be sleeved.... and so forth... but the turbo (5-8 PSI) should add about 50-70 HP depending on fuel used, and tuning. and should push you into the 14's which is'nt that hard... It's when you get into the 10's and 9's that it get's really tough, and VERY costly..
You can also strip out some excess weight in the car... that can shave off a 1/2 second depending on how ravenous you get on the interior..
