bad vibration

I have a 95 integra GSR. I bought it from a private seller and had just recently put a clutch kit in the car. I'm not sure what kind. Anyways I raced the car at the strip one weekend just to see what I could do. I messed up of course and burned out off the line for about 3 or 5 secs and finally it started gripping and kinda "thumped thumped thumped" and took off. Well as the days went by the started shaking under load and decel. I looked at all the mounts I could and found 2 bad motor mounts. I replaced both but did not fix the prob. I took the car to the dealer. They said I need a new right outer tire rod and a new rack and pinion set. I replced the tie rod did not fix the prob. I took back to the dealer and got them to look again. they said the right cv axle boot was leaking. I replaced the whole axle. did not fix prob. asked my friend to feel intermediate half shaft hanger bearing while engine was ran up in gear. at about 60mph you hear rough sound like something is rubbing but as you accellerate up to about 65+2 or 3mph the sound goes away. my friend said he could fee the bearing moving some what. Shoul I replace the bearing or just the whole half shaft and bearing? The car has new tires and new alignment. Car did not do this when I first got it.

Did you get new tires after teh tie rod was replaced and aligned or before?
