tail light lense switch
probably simple, but i dont wanna break them...how exactly do i get the original lenses off of the housing?

usually, a few plastic fasteners, no big deal. however, if you're replacing the lights, the housing may be needing replacement as well, depending on year. i'm no expert on this, however.

Use a hair dryer to heat up the adhesive that hold the lens to the housing. You should be able to pry the lens off with a little effort, when heated. Then use silicone or something similar to adhere the new lens to the housing.
It can be a PITA, that's why I have always found my tail lights (whole assembly) in junk yards for prices far cheaper then companies sell the lens's for alone. Easier and cheaper, that's the way I think!
