how much for a site
If you made a site that was pretty basic and then turned it over to someone to pro design and make a shopping cart for you, how much would that cost?

Is the basic site static HTML pages or based on a CMS (content management system)? If it's basic HTML, it would take longer. You'd either have to do each page of content, or enter it all into a CMS. And a shopping cart should cost next to nothing, considering some of the best software for it is free.
