fuse problems?

i have a 96 dodge ram 318 5 spd 4x4 and it keeps blowing fuses for signal lights and wipers tried everything i could think any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

you have a bad ground somewhere. you will have to check the manual to see where the lights and wipers are grounded. the grounds may be corroded or loose. also check the ground strap from the motor to battery/frame, and frame to battery, also look for any missing insulation from positive wires.
