just bought 85 S10 BLAZER, NEED HELP!!!

I just picked up an 85 s10 4x4 blazer with a new 2.8 engine, I need some help on this one, I bought this truck real cheap, but it needs some work. I need some help with the 4 wheel drive scematics, there are unhooked vacumm lines going to some control valve on the right inner fender, it looks like the 4wd shifter cable goes to this part, the problem I am having is nothing lights up on the console, and when I try to shift it into 4 wheel high nothing happens! I can not get the shfter to go into 4 wheel low or neutral, and the button on top of the 4wd shifter will not go up and down. I know this will not work also because of the disconnected vacumm lines, can anybody help me??? or at least tell me where I can find a diagram of this whole set-up? Thanks in advance!
The haynes manual for this truck is basically USELESS!!!

You could try www.autozone.com and go to their repair info. Thats where I got a diagram for my 89 s-10.

thanks for info, I could not find the vacuum diagram though. can anyone tell me where the vacuum lines go??? anybody???

one vacuum line goes from the actuator to the vacuum switch on top of the transfer case. There should be 2 more vacuum lines from the vacuum switch one to the engine and one to the atmosphere.
